FAQ — Partyhousebeachside

Question 1

How do I book a tour package with Partyhousebeachside?

Accepted Answer

Booking is simple. Browse our tour packages, click 'Book Now' or 'Get Quote' on any package, and fill in your travel details. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and finalise your itinerary. You can also reach us directly via WhatsApp or phone for instant assistance.

Question 2

Can I customise a tour package to suit my preferences?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Every package we offer can be tailored to your needs — whether that's adjusting the duration, swapping hotels, adding activities, or changing the travel dates. Use the 'Customise This Trip' option on any package page, or contact our travel consultants directly to discuss your requirements.

Question 3

How far in advance should I book my trip?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for domestic trips and 8–12 weeks for international packages, especially during peak seasons (October–February and May–June). Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability — contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Question 4

Will I receive a confirmation after booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed and the deposit is received, you'll get a detailed confirmation email with your itinerary, hotel details, inclusions, and contact information for your travel consultant. You can reach us any time before or during your trip if you have questions.

Question 5

What is typically included in a tour package?

Accepted Answer

Most packages include accommodation, daily breakfast, airport transfers, sightseeing as per the itinerary, and a dedicated tour manager. International packages also include visa assistance and travel insurance guidance. Flights are quoted separately unless stated otherwise. Each package page lists full inclusions and exclusions clearly.

Question 6

Do your packages include flights?

Accepted Answer

Flights are not included in our standard package prices unless explicitly mentioned. We can arrange flights at competitive rates — simply let us know your departure city when enquiring and we'll provide an all-inclusive quote. This allows flexibility for travellers who prefer to book their own flights.

Question 7

Are your honeymoon packages suitable for first-time international travellers?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our honeymoon packages are designed to be stress-free and fully managed. We handle all logistics including visa guidance, airport pickups, hotel check-ins, and activity bookings. Our consultants are experienced in crafting romantic itineraries for couples travelling internationally for the first time.

Question 8

Can I book a group tour for a large family or corporate team?

Accepted Answer

Certainly. We specialise in group travel for families, friend groups, and corporate teams. Groups of 10 or more typically receive preferential pricing and dedicated group management. Contact us with your group size, destination, and dates and we'll put together a tailored group proposal.

Question 9

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI payments, credit and debit cards, and cheques. For international bookings, we also accept wire transfers. Full payment details are shared at the time of booking confirmation. We do not accept cash for bookings above ₹10,000.

Question 10

How much deposit is required to confirm a booking?

Accepted Answer

A deposit of 25–30% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 21 days before departure for international trips and 14 days before for domestic trips. For last-minute bookings (within 14 days of travel), full payment is required upfront.

Question 11

Are the prices shown on the website per person or per couple?

Accepted Answer

All prices displayed on our website are per person unless explicitly stated as 'per couple' or 'per group'. Prices are based on double occupancy (two adults sharing a room). Solo travellers may be subject to a single supplement charge, which our team will advise at the time of enquiry.

Question 12

Do you offer EMI or instalment payment options?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer flexible instalment plans for bookings above ₹50,000. Typically this is structured as 30% at booking, 40% at 45 days before travel, and the remaining 30% at 21 days before travel. EMI options via credit card may also be available — speak to your travel consultant for details.

Question 13

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made 45+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a ₹2,000 processing fee. Cancellations 30–44 days before departure forfeit 25% of the package cost. Cancellations 15–29 days before departure forfeit 50%. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Question 14

Do I need travel insurance?

Accepted Answer

While travel insurance is not mandatory for domestic trips, we strongly recommend it for all international travel. It covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and flight delays. We can assist you in obtaining a suitable travel insurance policy — just ask your consultant when booking.

Question 15

Do you assist with visa applications?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide visa assistance for all international destinations we cover. This includes guidance on required documents, application forms, and appointment scheduling. Please note that visa approval is at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate — we facilitate the process but cannot guarantee approval.

Question 16

What happens if my travel dates need to change after booking?

Accepted Answer

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees from hotels, airlines, or ground operators. We'll do our best to accommodate changes at no extra cost if notified well in advance. Changes requested within 14 days of departure may not be possible and could be treated as a cancellation.

Question 17

Is there 24/7 support available during my trip?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All our packages include a dedicated travel helpline that you can reach during your trip for any assistance — whether it's a hotel issue, a missed transfer, or a medical emergency. Your confirmation documents will include the emergency contact number. Our team is available 7 days a week.
